Good leaders and good quarterbacks share common characteristics such as hard work, humility, perseverance, being coachable, and seeking wisdom from God.  Along the journey, good mentors helped me acquire these skills.  Similarly, it is my passion to teach young men how to be successful quarterbacks and successful men!       Jimmy Hering


As an adult, I have had the privilege of serving in various roles of leadership.  I am a husband, father of three kids, a lawyer, a mayor, and a preacher.  However, the foundation for these roles included the years I played quarterback, beginning with Pop Warner in 1979 and ending in college in 1992.
